Our secure email service is provided by Microsoft. The security and privacy of your Personal Information is important to us. All data is removed from our database and email servers within 30 days, usually sooner once your quotation request has been actioned. Your mobile number may be kept on our surveyor's mobile until the job is done.

Postal Address

We need your postal address to visit your property for site inspection and to give you a quotation. We will sometimes use Google Maps to locate your address and use Google Maps street view and aerial view to assess your property. 

We will not send you marketing information or give your postal address to anyone.

Telephone

We need to phone you to discuss your requirements and possibly give you a quotation by phone. Usually we call you or send you a text message to make an appointment for a site visit and give you a free, no-obligation quotation then and there. Our surveyor will give you his mobile phone number for you to contact him directly. Your mobile number may be kept on our surveyor's mobile until the job is done.

We won’t do anything without telling you. If these terms of business change for any reason in the future, we’ll contact you directly by telephone in advance, explaining what’s changing and why. We will be available to discuss your project at any time by telephone, text message or email.
